Since 1989, yLead has been inspiring youth and creating leaders of tomorrow who are instilled with a vision of making a difference to the world we live in. yLead was founded with a simple, yet bold mission - to enhance the self esteem of every young person we encounter.

yLead delivers its program in a fun, interactive and unique style that elevates self belief, self confidence and self worth. yLead has specialised in leadership and life training for school students since its inception. We pride ourselves on delivering fun, experiential, inspirational and transformational in-school, conferences and travel programs that are conducted with students Australia-wide.

Our belief is that ‘Leadership is any action that makes the world I touch a better place’ and that it is accessible to anyone, irrelevant of badge or title. Leadership is a choice!
