Year 7 - 12 Interactive In School Days

yLead believes that students can gain maximum impact from our leadership development expertise through a well defined, stimulating and potent Leadership Journey that remains congruent to different stages of school life.

yLead has been delivering programs to school students for over 15 years. Due to our ongoing evolvement, we have been able to establish what we call 'The Leadership Journey' - a progressive program destined to maximise your students' growth and development.

Whole School Leadership Day- Schoolyard Blitz

Schoolyard Blitz is a low cost, high impact program designed to cause minimal disruption to your school curriculum and inject positive energy and inspiration into your entire school community. Using our fun and engaging experiential learning techniques, we deliver an extraordinary leadership education and personal development experience.

Year 9 One Day Conference - Altitude Day

Altitude Day seeks to give leadership development opportunities to the many potential young leaders within our schools who don't necessarily become the ‘badge wearers'. The day delivers powerful, interactive leadership messages embodied by speakers from our Ambassadors of Leadership program. Our aim is to create inspirational leaders who will leave the day looking to find out how high their potential can take them, empowered to make a difference in school and community.

Year 10 All Girls Empowerment Conference - Chrysalis 

Year 10 is a time where a major shift happens in a young woman's life. They will undergo changes that will see them emerge as young adults and future leaders of their school. Over two non residential days, the yLead CHRYSALIS conference will help to guide this shift through the exploration of Leadership - leading self and leading others.

3 Day School Leaders Conference - The Australian Student Leadership Conference

Since 1991, the Australian Student Leadership Conference has attracted thousands of student leaders from around Australia and are regarded as mandatory by many secondary schools. The primary purpose is to engage young adults in powerful leadership and personal growth development experiences. These experiences generate genuine self belief and a vision and values driven commitment to contribute positively towards our society.

Community Leaders Award

This award is designed to inspire key student leaders to embrace a service leadership philosophy within their school. The award encourages them to develop a community project that becomes a tangible legacy in their Senior year, with assistance from all school leaders. The project will be documented, videoed and submitted for judging.

Inspirational Speakers

Speaking Leadership gives yLead the opportunity to share the inspirational messages of our Ambassadors of Leadership with a wider audience. Our Speakers are ordinary people who have done extraordinary things in a community - be it locally or internationally.

Travel Opportunities

At yLead, being a leader who takes action within a community is what we are all about! Consequently, yTravel expeditions ask you to serve communities overseas. In turn, participants discover their enormous capacity to make a difference both locally and globally.
