How to submit
Submitting your entry
Your entry will need to include:
1. A document that outlines the main steps of your project. The total word count should not exceed 800 words but should encompass these four main points:- Aim of the project and why you chose it
- The process your team went through to achieve the goals of the project
- How well your project achieved its aims (if applicable, include a statement that describes ‘Where to from here?’ in achieving these goals)
- If the scope of your project extends beyond 31 August 2010, how will you ensure its sustainability beyond your time as project coordinators?
Ensure your final written submission has referenced the following CLA project criteria:
- Engaging students outside of the Year 12 executive in your project
- Addressing the theme ‘Leadership is any action that makes the world I touch a better place’
- Making a difference to a community
Technical Requirements
- DVD Format: AVI or MPEG or Quicktime.MOV
- Length of presentation: up to 4 minutes
- PowerPoint presentation acceptable if video not an option

Submission Dates
31 March - Deadline for projects to be registered with the yLead office with a Project Entry Form that includes a description of your project and details of the people in your team
31 August - Deadline for all video and powerpoint presentations documenting the success of your project. The written component of the entry addressing the points above will also need to be submitted by this date.
