Maximising the Badge

Maximising The BadgeRecommended for Leadership Teams

This program will allow each of your students to discover that they already have the potential within them to lead regardless of badge, title or age. Maximising the Badge promotes the vision that a leader is someone who makes a difference and makes the world a better place – be it on a local or global scale. Sometimes we just need a few more tools and skills to help us achieve effectively.

Students will learn the difference between leading and managing and how both are needed to create effective change.  They will also learn specific skills in how to manage a team, engage team members and how to keep momentum throughout the year. An opportunity will also be provided to put the lessons of the day into real action planning.

Key Outcomes | Students will…

Learn the need for both leadership and management to create change.

Learn the key components of working with a team and how to draw out maximum commitment and effectiveness from their team members.

Learn the power of clear communication, planning and visioning and how it impacts on the end result.

Learn how to build and maintain momentum in a team.

Recommended Processes
