yLead is proud to offer staff and students alike the Leadership Journey.
It is a complete package of potent and experiential leadership and personal development in-school programs, congruent to a student’s development from upper primary to their senior years in secondary school.

Through extensive research and experience in the field, yLead has specifically designed programs that will inspire, motivate and transform your students and their ideas about self, others and leadership. Leadership is any action that makes the world I touch a better place. Your students will learn their choices and actions will ultimately shape the world around them and who they want to be.

Our upper primary program ‘Leadership Launch Pad’ will open your students’ eyes to the power of belief in self, in others and in a goal worthwhile to them.

Our middle school program ‘Leadershift – The Change’ will encourage your students to move from a child-like frame of mind, hounded by apathy and internally focused, to become capable and respected students that can and do make good choices for self and are willing to serve others.

Our senior program ‘Y Lead?’ examines the notion of leadership in the senior years and will ignite your students’ desire to make the most of the senior experience, to reach out, to create legacy and to truly lead self.

‘Maximising the Badge’ is for leadership groups and will teach these groups specific leadership and team skills allowing them to maximise their role and their team.
