- Give staff new paradigms of their existence that excite and enthuse them and consequently stimulate positive supportive energy in the school environment
- Give staff more purpose than just teaching ‘maths or science' and to help them realise that they are teaching life through maths and science and to do so they must be the embodiment of a fully alive person.

Our Early Learning Centre engaged yLead to conduct a Team Building week end for our staff. Being in the Early Childhood Sector and working in a busy Early Learning Centre it is difficult for all staff to have the opportunity to have contact with one another on a daily basis. The Team Building weekend was a fantastic time for staff to really get to know each other on a much different level. With the activities that yLead structured, it gave each staff member the opportunity to open their minds and emotions to accept differences to better our work environment. The staff came away from the weekend really motivated and embraced what we had learnt and took all our staff to the next level. Staff are already asking when the next weekend away will be! Thank you so much for facilitating our weekend and bringing our staff together on a whole new level.
