How to register
To book for a yTravel Expedition, please download the relevant registration form for your trip.
Complete the form and return it to us by post, fax, or email. View our contact details.
(Please note: If you do not yet have a passport, you can send the form anyway and give us your passport details once you have them.)
You will also need to send a non-refundable, but fully-transferable deposit by cheque, money order or bank deposit. Please see the form for bank details, and a guide to how much deposit you should pay.
What happens next?
After we have received your form and deposit, you will receive confirmation from us, usually by email. Then a welcome pack and an invoice for the balance of your trip will be posted to you, with all the details of the amazing adventure you're about to embark on, and outlining any necessary steps that will need to happen prior to your departure such as returning insurance forms, applying for visas, and meeting health requirements.
